Slowing down in losing weight

I worked out last night for the first time in awhile. I would like some friends to help motivate me to go more often so I can start losing some more weight. I've been going back and forth between gaining 1-3lbs back to losing it. Constand battle. Also struggling with dieting, would love some motivators so we could swap healthy and delicious recipes
