    Anything on the Dash Berlin New Daylight album. I like that because each song has a little bit slower parts and a lot faster parts, so I do intervals and sprints with cool downs. It makes it more fun to time my steps to the beat.

    I've been listening to Adele's new album (21) -- "Rolling in the Deep" and "Rumor" get a few rewinds when I'm chugging up a hill!!

    I've also been digging Florence & the Machine's hit (can't remember the name) because it speeds up with a strong drum beat.

    Florence and the Machine is a great band to run to. Dog Days are Over (the one mentioned above), Howl, Drumming Song, and Heavy in Your Arms.

    I love any song that actually talks about running or moving your feet (three of the above)

    But I listen to lots of different things, everything from Kylie to Black Eyed Peas to Glee! :smile:
