Rice Cakes can be your friend..

:) I have a preference to to the plain no salt rice cakes. Tastes like popcorn and no fat... I like to top i with different things. Low fat laughing cow cheese. sauces but my favourite:

Take the manwich can of sloppy joe with extra serving of vegetables inside. Brown some ground turkey and mix with the manwich sauce. Put that on the rice cake and with a side of veggies provides a under 400 cal lunch of dinner. Low in fat too!!

I love rice cakes, so nice and crunchy. I like to put refried beans, laughing cow and salsa. Yum. Or peanut butter. Or anything you would put on a sandwich! Great stuff.

I LOVE rice cakes! The white cheddar are really good. I also like to take the lightly salted ones and put a little bit of peanut butter and jelly on them. YUM!

I love rice cakes but I'm keeping my eyes on the ingredients.
I like the sweet & salty ones but I try to limit or avoid the sweet ones
because they contain sucralose (splenda) or other artificial sweeteners
    like maltodextrin and acesulfame.
It's funny how the things that are suppose to be GOOD for you, really aren't.
And how the FDA approves this crap for consumption.

I was really missing my PB&J on toast and then figured a sweet rice cake with PB on was a good substitute and was perfect for my after-workout snack, protein and carbs, quick to make and helps me get up those hills faster on my bike knowing I get to go home and have it!

Rice cakes baby! Never tried the plain ones...partial to the carmel ones but will definitely give them a try now.

I can't stand them. They taste like cardboard! I'd much rather eat a small amount of something I enjoy than a boring old rice cake.

I always have a craving for chocolate in the afternoon at work, so I've been eating the chocolate ones. So good and perfect for that little bit of sweetness!

I also like the plain salted with peanut butter. My favorite go to snack. OH, and sometimes topped with a sliced banana. :)

I love taking mini rice cakes, any sweet flavor, put some cool whip free in between 2 to make little sandwiches. Freeze for about an hour or 2 then you have mini faux ice cream sammies! I make mine at lunch time so when that 3pm sweet craving comes along I'm prepared :)
