6kg more to lose weight - need help

Hi!

I have been trying for months to lose 6kg, but somehow The process stopped. It is the first time for me to do this kind of challenge, and I am out of ideas.
I jog 30-40minutes twice a week and go to the gym twice a week. I try to cook healthy meals everyday at home.
I try to keep 1700kcal a day. Shall I go lower? Should I exercise more?
I really appreciate if you could give me some good advice!

    How are you measuring your portions? How long since you lost and what was your rate of loss prior?
