Hi, so I'm not fitness expert. I'm a mummy who likes to snack. I'm terrible for it, especially when infront the TV. It some how feels unnatural to watch a program without a little snack I e chocolate or crisps. This has resulted in me now weighing over 13 stone. I go threw the daily struggles with dieting like I really want just that 1 chocolate bar and will it really matter at least it's not two ect. I also struggle with fitness constantly telling myself I can't do it.. I can't run longer than 5mins.. I can't do more than 10 press ups when I really probably could and should push myself harder. Does anyone else feel this way?

Yes, I had to stop buying snacks. It was very hard to stay away when it's in the kitchen. Maybe you can start with mini goals to get you started.

You're talking to a girl that has premium subscriptions to 3 different snack crates arriving monthly. Haha! I love food and snacks.
