Completed Whole30

So Tomorrow I will have completed my first Whole30. (Possibly my last! Lol) I have lost 15 lbs (chunk is water weight Im sure). I feel like I've cleansed my body and have much more energy than I had before it. I'm nervous about starting to add in regular food to my diet BUT I know I don't want to live that strictly my whole life. Anyone here that has completed whole30 that was able to keep the success going afterwards? What did you do?

    I completed my first 6/30. Lost 18lbs and got my eating under control.

    Definitely follow the guidelines for reintroducing foods, I learned just as much if not more during that process.

    I decided to continue to eat Paleo although I am not a huge stickler for no added sugar. I make 99% of my food from scratch so on the rare occasion I eat a prepacked food I dont necessarily make sure it has no added sugar.

    What do you mean by success? If you're wanting to continue losing weight, you just need to keep being consistent with your calorie deficit. If you can achieve that without logging, keep going! If not, log.

    Hey there - I have done a number of Whole 30 rounds. Definately follow the reintroduction protocol - otherwise you lose the benefit of seeing what foods (if any) you may have sensitivities to. If you find some, then avoid or limit intake of those foods.
    To continue to lose you need to find some eating habits that keeps you in a calorie deficit. For nutrition purposes, use the things you've learned about whole foods and healthy fats to make sure you are getting sufficient nutrition etc.
