    I'm here. Sitting under our "day of the week" clock that only tells us the day not the time. Hey, it helps when you're retired. Friend me if you wish. I'm here for the long haul.

    I like to cook a variety of stuff. If you ever see something curious in my diary or a list of ingredients that doesn't reveal what it became, give me a holler and I'm glad to share. I'm more changing how much I eat than restricting what I eat. I'm losing at a pace of about 5 pounds/month.
