Will your daily calorie allowance update automatically as you lose weight? Or do you need to update your profile for it to re-adust down due to weight loss?0

@J9LynnHelton I had to adjust my calorie budget manually. I did that after losing 20 pounds, but that's only because that's when I realized there is no automatic adjustment.0

Yes, I just brought up my profile goals again, and it reset my calone goals to 50 calories less. How often do you think I should do that? Every 5 pounds, 10 pounds?0

I have tried to change my calorie allowance but without success. Mine is set at 1200 which I think it too low. I am a 66 year old female weighing 11st. 4lbs and 5'2". I want to get down to 10st 4lbs and would like to loose about 1 to 2 lbs a week. I feel a more appropriate calorie allowance would be 1500, but I have been unable to change it on the system.1

I've just tried again to change my calorie allowance and it worked for me this time. 1500 makes sense to me.1

I do it manually with every new pound lost so it only goes down about 5 calories at a time. This way I don't notice that it's going down as I lose. It seems as easy now to stay under 1530 as it was a few months ago to stay under 1660.4
