1 can solid white albacore tuna
2 tbs low fat cottage cheese
1 tbs yellow mustard
1 diced pickle spear and/or diced celery
(Makes enough for 3 sandwiches)
I use 2 slices of Nature's Own 40 calorie bread toasted and add romaine lettuce and sliced tomato to finish out the sandwich. It is awesome. I dont even miss the mayo. All for about 185 calories! You can cut calories further and cut out the bread entirely and have a scoop on a nice salad with lots if veg

Most of the time I use Fage instead of mayo, but I should try the cottage cheese with the tuna; it sounds interesting. Thank you for posting!1

I like to add lemon juice, garlic and herbs to tuna with a smaller amount of mayo.1
