Around the 8 week mark (loss was about 25lbs) I implemented Pilates 3× a week and started to run 2-5 miles 3x a week, melted me from a size 16 pant to a size 4 and I was completely chiseled. Total weight loss was 75lbs ish. I lived on steak, cottage cheese, block cheeses, hamburger patties, eggs and grilled chicken with seasonings and homemade applesauce. I did take a fat burner the first few weeks but I felt absolutely amazing. Down side was that I didn't sleep well unless I really worked out hard. Everyone is different!
