Future trainer getting back into shape

Hey everyone. I'm Kate. I'm 27 years old and mom to a 19month old boy.
Currently I am trying to get back into shape and stop focusing on my weight. I am recovering from EDNOS, but I am also starting classes soon to become a personal trainer. I'd really like to not obsess over what I weight, and focus on fitness goals like times, distances and reps.
Being a stay at home parent means I dont really have a lot of time to myself to workout. I only have about 2 hours a day, unless my boyfriend helps out. If anyone has any tips for quick but intense workouts I would love to hear them.

WAY TO GO!!! I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer. I tooka brief hiatus to go back to school and I am back at it as well. YOU CAN DO IT! Just BUST it in those two hours. That is plenty of time for a workout. Do you have weights at home? If not, you can certainly to squats, lunges, calf raises, crunches, tricep dips and pushups to get started. You could invest in some hand weights or resistance bands for biceps.0
