Hello everyone so, in the past I lost approximately 80 lbs... And unfortunately I've regained all of that back over the course of the last couple of years. I am trying to lose it again but due to some permanent injuries it has been difficult to do the exercises that I use to be able to do. This has had a huge impact on my motivation. I am looking for friends to keep me motivated or help me out. :/

    Logging your foods daily and completely is important. I don't know what your permanent injuries are, but just simply walking does a lot for you when trying to lose weight. Start slowly but do it daily will help.

    Start by been in a calorie deficit then add green tea to diet taper food down slowly then get resistant band to get body motivated
