West Sussex, Fat to Fit

Hi everyone!
My name is Jasmine and I've been using MFP for 3 months now, recording my food & exercise to motivate me into shifting a stubborn 2-3 stone... So far I've managed half a stone!
If anyone would like to chat to motivate each other or if anyone is based in West Sussex, attend some crazy exercise classes together that would be cool.

    Half a stone is a great result in 3 months... if you keep that progress going, you will hit your targets comfortably. Just make sure you keep enjoying it and stay motivated!

    Thanks Niall, I have managed to change my way of thinking completely with the help of a weekly PT session and recording everything on MFP! What do you use the app for?
