Here I am feeling betrayed by my own thoughts of how, I can do this alone, I believe that is why I cant get passed it because it is a struggle we each face alone,

    You're right as a adult we are responsible for our health. But look closer getting healthy is not just a gift for yourself but to all those that care and love you. That is your team and you are not alone
