I watched this documentary about 3 runners in the Sahara African Desert. What a true inspiration they were and I was amazed at the ability of the human body. The stamina and strength it endures and yet continues to live on. I loved it. If you ever get a chance, please please watch it.

It will make your workouts seem like a jog in the park.

Kudos to the film makers and the runners. :drinker:
