All advice appreciated

I managed to go from 130 to 175 in 1 year, 3 years ago. 6 months later I lost 15 lbs and have been at 160 ever since. I cant seem to gain anymore lean muscle and am starting to look "skinny fat" even though I train 5 times a week. I know something is off within my nutrition. I'm currently aiming for 2900 cals / day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Stop eating in a surplus.
What lifting programmeare you using?1 -
Protein 181 g, Carbs 326 g, fats 97 g. I follow kinobody greek god program (strength Training) very rarely do cardio like tire flips and sledge hammers0
