I am new to drinking smoothies and have been trying some random ones out so that I am getting more vegetables and fruits added into my diet. I wanna hear your favorite smoothie recipes!

Adding 5oz coconut water adds natural potassium and makes them even more delicious. I alternate between spinach and kale so I don't have the same greens everyday.

    My smoothie recipe:

    2 oz/56g baby spinach
100g eating apples (gala, granny smith, etc.)
20g protein powder (chocolate, vanilla or strawberry)
120 mL (1/2 cup) almond milk
    15g chia seeds

Mix it all up and drink up. :) It's about 170 kCal.

Fruit, Greek yogurt (1/3 cup), and spinach. I'm here to share a weird tip: blend everything BUT the spinach first, then blend the spinach in to prevent the gross color. This gives it a vibrant, beautiful color that's actually really appetizing!

That's the opposite of what I do because I don't want random green leaves showing up in my smoothie! I thoroughly blend the greens and the liquid, then add everything else. :-)

My smoothie container is opaque so no one has to know it's ugly.

    1 cup spinach and/or kale
1 cup liquid (usually almond or coconut "beverage")
1 cup frozen fruit (lately cherries)
    1 small banana
    1 Tbls flax meal
a couple ice cubes because colder is better

Forgot to add, this is about 350 calories but approx 90 are the almond milk. Use something less caloric if that's your preference.

My favorite smoothies include copious amounts of spinach and cacao powder. Xo

I also enjoy just blending pineapple with water....

But otherwise almond milk, frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1 tbs raw unsalted peanut butter, 1 TBS cacao powder, bee pollen, 1 C spinach, .5 C yogurt and turmeric.

    3/4 to 1 cup OJ (100%)
    Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
    1 frozen banana
    1-2 Tbsp Honey
ground ginger (I use 1 tsp since I like ginger)
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal OR quick oats depending on my mood

I usually blend mine with Zico coconut water! It has just enough sweetness that sweetener/bananas are almost always unnecessary to add!
