One month ago my husband was hospitalized because of enlarged heart and and 17 lbs fluid surrounding it. When he was finally released we both decided that enough was enough. No one wants to hear that your spouse could possibly be a candidate for a pace maker at 31 years old. So we came home donated our food to a need family and started with a clean slate. This time around it's working! It hasnt been long but we are already seeing the results on the scale. Numbers don't lie... We do. That's why we punch in everything and refuse to cheat ourselves. Stay tuned for the before and after because by our next anniversary we plan see each other 100 lb lighter! please help keep us encouraged and accountable.

That's a scary thing to endure. Glad he's home and OK. It's great that you have a support system at home and you're doing it together. I have a little over 100 to lose. Add me if you'd like. We can all use all the help we can get. :)

Best of luck to you and your husband! I have to log what I eat too, or I lie to myself! :)

Thank you all for the moral support. We don't want to just have pretty faces but we want the body as well! We are in the middle of Hurricane Harvey so we have had plenty of time to work out
