Not regular when dropping calories...

I think I read this somewhere before but when i drop down to say 1200 - 1300 calories i don't go for a few days? Why is this? It's like my body needs more food to digest before going?

You're likely eating less by volume, as well as calorically. Less food, less waste?

Well you have less food in you. So...less poop.

If it keeps up though, check your fiber. Then your fat. Or both.

Both of those numbers are really low.. I always advise the 3F's Fibre/Fat/Fluid.

I aim for an absolute minimum of 50g Fat and 30g Fibre.

How do you get 30g of fibre? Without having too many carbs!!

My carbs today are 129g , fibre is 55g, and fat is 59g.

    What's your carb goal?

Carb goal 90 as I am very sensitive to carbs!

Fiber and fat help take care of carbs in you. Fluids, especially water, are essential as well.

Define 'very sensitive to carbs' in your case? Are we talking about breads, pastas, etc? Or just carbs in general?
