Lost 45lbs in 6months and now I find this app

38y male was originally 5'5" and 202lbs holy cow!!! Unfortunately my height still didn't change but I'm 158lbs afte 6 months of eating good (most of the time) and working out 3-4 times a week. Also staying active during the day.
I just got into the concept of counting calories and focusing on protein intake and received some whey today. Hehe. so far this app is awesome.

I'm two weeks in 6' 225 lbs and looking to drop 30 lbs before my 60th b'day early 2018.
Reading your comments, common sense calorie intake and regular exercise worked.0 -
Just the basics defiantly worked to drop weight but I feel I could of retained more muscle by having the correct protein and calorie intake. I'm actually struggling to eat 1500 calories daily since I was under eating on the weekdays and use to very low cal foods. Guess I can have those devil foods more often than I thought. I wouldn't of though a huge meal can be under 200 cal of healthy food and veggies.
Edit: I'm actually at 326 calories after breakfast and lunch. What now0
