"Kitten this! Making myself accountable...

Ok folks, enough of me sitting on my bumm.
TOMORROW,Monday,August 28th.
I am going to the gym AND working out for at least 60,SIXTY, that is six-zero minutes, one full hour!
I am going to check in with MFP when I am in the locker room and then a picture of my machine read out after my work out.
I plan to go to the gym 6 out of the next 7 days.
I can't get motivated so I figure "Kitten this ... I need accountability !"
I figure if it is more painful/embarrassing to stay put than to go to the exercise. I will get back into my groove again.
Just tired of this "kitten".

    Going from nothing to 60 minutes 6 times a week sounds like a recipe for burn out or injury to be honest.
