Help!

I'm 5'8 and 11st. I had my second baby 8weeks ago. I went back to the gym when he was almost 5weeks old. I used mfp and was given a 1600 calorie intake and I do hiit and the gym 3 x weekly with no weight loss. Where am I going wrong?

    You should mention if you are breastfeeding. If so, you would need more calories.

    3 weeks isn't enough time to see if what you are doing is working, your hormones are still likely to be all over the place, that can affect water retention and starting the gym within the last month can also cause fluid retention.

    Do you stick to your calorie goal? If yes, are you sure, because you are logging correctly? If you are, is that because you know how to log correctly? Do you weigh yourself regularly and consistently? Do you mean no loss, or not the loss you expected, if so, how much did you expect to lose in three weeks?

    No I stopped breast feeding just before I started back at the gym. I log all entries of dietary intake and cardiovascular and strength activities I do.
    I wasn't expecting a huge loss I've just maintained. I use a hrm to monitor calories burned.
