Haven't used this app in about a month, I had great results when I was using it. I need motivation help me. Please share your success stories.

    Have you worked your calorie in take out? Try not to lose it to quickly as it's harder to keep it off and you only want to lose fat not muscle... loosing muscle develops more fat in the long run... drinking lots of cold water burns calories

    Do you HAVE 20 pounds to lose? If that is all you have to lose, they will come off slowly. If that is your struggle, just be patient. If it's something else, tell us, maybe we can help. Not with motivation, because that comes from you, but with insight.
