Looks like a great 28 day program but I wanted to see if anyone has ever read it and worked through it before I spend the money.

    It has 11 5-star ratings on Amazon - rare to see everyone give it the highest rating - even with just 11 reviews.

    Interesting - I've never heard of it before but it sounds good.

    I bought the Gospel Body DVDs at the suggestion of an MFP friend and like it. It's something a beginner can do which I needed.

    I know this post is 5 years old, but I have used his pray fit dvd and love it, I'm just now getting back into it.
