Back after a long time away

Hi there,

Im back on MFP after a long time away and looking for some motivational like minded people to help keep me honest.

Im mum to an almost 2 yr old in Western Australia, and trying to fit exercise and meal prepping around work and a toddler. Any and all help appreciated =D

    I have an almost 2 year old son and a 2-month-old daughter :smiley: . Fitting in workouts is such a challenge sometimes.

    god don't know how you do it with two!!! I just get so busy with my son I end up snacking on crap all day instead of eating proper meals....hopefully can get better at organising myself

    It's difficult at times haha I'm such a bad snacker too especially if sweets are in the house. As for workouts if I get a chance when both are napping or quiet I try to do as much as I can. 5-10 minutes of intensity is better than nothing.
