I started this journey back at the beginning of 2008 when I was 193 pounds then I got down to 145 in just under 4 months and 6 months later I gout pregnant with my oldest- I was 162 at that point and I weighed 249 the day he was born and got down to 217 in about 4-5 months then got pregnant with my youngest and was 270 the day he was born, I was miserable and un happy with myself but I knew that I could focus on my and get back to 160 after he was born because he was my last.
now it has been 9 months and I have gone from 270 to 176.
i am happier, i have a ton of energy, i actually look forward to working out
I was wearing size 22/24 pants at my heaviest and I am currently in 16's and they are huge in the legs and a little big in the waist and yesterday I tried on my old size 13's and they came all the way up even though I couldn't button them the fact that I could get them up was a HUGE deal to me.
my goal weight it 160 but I am hoping to eventually get down to 145
I am in the brown shirt
this picture was taking in July last year I was around 240-250 lbs and 6 1/2 months pregnant with my youngest.

You need to but [ img ] before and [ /img ] after the direct link to your pictures without the spaces. Img needs to be lower case.0 -
I could see them on photobucket by copying your link. Congrats on your success thus far! Keep pushing for those last few pounds! You've got this girl!!0
-
inspirational..lovely story and a very well done to you x0
-
are the pictures working? i don't see them
if anyone knows how to edit them for me can you please show me, so it shows both pictures not just the one of me at my heaviest0 -
Congratulations. Those are a couple of adorable little tykes you have there too.0
-
thank you, mine are 23 months and 9 months and my friends are 23 months and 2 months0
-
Congratulations, going down a size is a great reward in and of itself0
-
Since you are on Photobucket you should just use the IMG code link. You just need to change the IMG to img other than that the format is correct.
Great progress.
BTW, if you want to see the proper format just use the quote reply to this message and it will show it.0 -
that one is not me, I am the other girl in the blue shirt0

because the pictures are so large it cuts them off, if you right click and click "open image in new tab" it will show the whole picture

Thats about what I need to lose. Can I ask you, do you use the calories you gain back in exercise and then use them to eat more food to equal what your just burned?0
-
no i never eat my exercise calories back, i usually NET about 600 a day cause I burn around 600 a day sometimes more and I very seldom go over 1200 calories0
