Hi there. I like the vitamuffin tops sugar free chocolate. They taste like cake. I also like celery with salsa, rice cakes, and pickles. Here is a recipe from another MFPer that is filling because of the protein but also a little bit sweet.
Egg White Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients:
6-8 egg whites
1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats, oatmeal, or barley flakes
2 packets Stevia, Truvia or Xylitol (your choice of sweetener)
Cinnamon
½ cup blueberries or 1 banana (optional)
With bananas they are only 130 calories.
Directions:
Blend egg whites, fruit (if desired), sweetener, and oats.
Pour into 9-inch pan already sprayed with Pam nonstick spray, making sure it spreads evenly (use a knife).
Bake for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Makes 4 bars.0 -
What works for me are snacks with high protein:
Apples or celery w/Natural Peanut Butter
Soy Nuts
Protein Bars
Protein Shakes
String Cheese
Good luck!0 -
Popcorn. I love popcorn.0

I go for savoury and protein in my snacks:
hard boiled egg
cheese
nuts
roast soy beans0 -
Several of you listed popcorn as a good snack...just curious, what kind do you use and is it microwave or air popped or what? I know the movie popcorn at the theater is terrible for you.... Just need some new ideas :0) Thanks so much!0

I'm an air popped convert. Seem to get a lot more for the calories, plus I get to decide what goes on it.0 -
