Hey everyone! Thought there might be some folks here interested in joining me for a 30-day squat challenge in September. The days/# of squats are as follows:

1st: 10
2nd: 20
3rd: 30
4th: 35
5th: REST
6th: 40
7th: 50
8th: 60
9th: 65
10th: REST
11th: 70
12th: 75
13th: 85
14th: 95
15th: 100 **halfway!**
16th: 110
17th: 115
18th: 120
19th: 130
20th: REST
21st: 140
22nd: 150
23rd: 155
24th: 160
25th: REST
26th: 170
27th: 175
28th: 180
29th: 190
30th: 200

I think a weekly post on our progress would be great! Looking forward to day 1 on Friday!! :)

    I'm in . Ok it's not even 6 in the morning & I'm lolling about in bed but all this motivation is going to make me jump up & get with my squats ! Hope I do them right !

    I just did 10 with a 45# weight & 10 without a weight . Form much better without the weight . I may have been able to do them with that weight a month ago but it shows you how fast you can loose any skill if you don't practice ! Back to perfecting my form b4 I start pretending I'm Wonder Woman !
