Today is my 1 month anniversary with MFP!

For 30 days now I have logged every single morsel that has gone in my mouth. I have weighed and measured everything. I have learned how a moderate amount of exercise makes me more energetic, improves my mood AND gives me more calories to enjoy! Most importantly, with those changes, I have lost 6.6 lbs!! 40 lbs to goal...feeling confident and happy this morning!
