I started out with 135 to lose... I'm down 95 lbs. I don't stick to a certain strict diet. I watch my carbs, fats, sodium, and sugar. I'm very close to the end, and motivating friends would help push it to the finish line.4

Looking for friends, I work 60+ on my feet at all time, 20k steps a day and still have to much of me.
Friend of mine cleans houses for a living and started going to the gym 3-4xs a week and couldn't lose any pounds. We figured out the fruit smoothie she was drinking all day everyday was jam packed with loads of sugar. She swapped fruit for veggies and the pounds started coming off... bottom line: there might be something in your diet you think is healthy but is actually holding you back... hope this helps...0 -
