I'm almost 1 month in and have lost 10.2 pounds. No it isn't a lot, but it is a start for me. Looking to lose around 40. I'm a coach/teacher, so it is hard to find time during season. Anyone else in the same boat? Feel free to add me!

Yes! 6 weeks in and down almost 9 pounds. Took a minute getting adjusted and I've been so impatient...now that I finally see it's coming off I'm so excited! I'm hoping to keep going and lose 30. Keep up the good work!!!1

Thank you! It hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. We will see when basketball season starts in October and I'm on the road all the time.0

Not in the same boat, but just a tip, find easy to take along recipes for snacks/meals that you can prep ahead. I had to reboot myself this past week and breakfast was an issue for me. I have been preplanning my breakfasts this week and feel it helps set me up for a good day.
As long as you are prepared and willing to stick to the plan you will not fail!0 -
Congratulations!!! Keep up the good work. Prep/Planning is going to be key going forward especially since you will have busy season upon you.
I started 11/28/16 with 95lbs to lose, I have since lost 71lbs with 24lbs to go, although I will probably add another 5-8lb to that 24lbs for a new goal weight. We shall see how I feel when I get there...

I'm down 10.8 pounds in 3.5 weeks. Feeling great. Prep is key. I always make sure to have a piece of fruit with me and nuts or seeds for a snack on the go. You can do it!0
