I'm in . Ok it's not even 6 in the morning & I'm lolling about in bed but all this motivation is going to make me jump up & get with my squats ! Hope I do them right !2

I thought I'd also mention that I just watched a you tube that said make sure you squeeze your gluts as you come back up . I'd forgotten about that part & to go slow & make the form really count

I just did 10 with a 45# weight & 10 without a weight . Form much better without the weight . I may have been able to do them with that weight a month ago but it shows you how fast you can loose any skill if you don't practice ! Back to perfecting my form b4 I start pretending I'm Wonder Woman !2
