So in full season which starts soon I have 4 training sessions and 2 matches a week... (uni and club)
In a 90 min training session there is some stop anD go... how would I track this nd is soccer a close enough match?
It's a lot to not be tracking and I do have an undereating problem... I Also lift heavy 3 times a week and need to fuel my muscles
