Hi there! My name is Tammy and I need to lose abt 40lbs I gained back after I broke my ankle in three places. I struggle with eating enough calories in the day which is a setback for my metabolism and slowly starting back to working out!

Start with logging all food (get a food scale if you don't already have one) and eat within your calories. Slowly ease back into exercising if your doctor has cleared you. I broke my ankle, in two spots, in 2014 and had extensive surgery and hardware in there so my advise is take it slow!0

I feel your struggle, I'm back on it after injuring my back. Good luck with your progress!0
