    Congratulations and way to go! My hubs and I just started in June ourselves. Got a ways to go, but stories like yours keep us motivated :)

    thank you. Team work always works. Remember if you only buy healthy food that's all you can eat cause it's not in the house. We did limit our eating at restaurants to once or twice a month. If you eat at home you can monitor all ingredients. When you eat out you no clue what's in it. Fresh instead of canned. That eliminates all that added sodium and preservatives ! Good luck and can't wait to hear your results. You got this!
