I've lost 64 pounds since mid Jan 2016 through portion control, exercising, and drinking lots of water. It started with a single step in the right direction and adding to it as I go along. I started out just measuring food and now I'm looking for healthier, good for you food. With exercise, I started out walking 3 times a week and now I work out 6 days a week. I currently do les mills on demand because I fell in love with body combat. Who doesn't love kicking and punching? Drinking more water was gradual too. I used to drink 2 pots of coffee a day and very little water. Now I drink 1-2 cups of coffee and aim for 10 cups of water. I have more energy now than when I drank 2 pots of coffee a day. I've used other calorie counting sites in the past but was looking for a change. I'm really impressed with everything that this site measures. My goal is to lose another 30 pounds and to be healthier, fitter, and stronger.
