Need a new banana bread recipe!

Looking for a new recipe for Banana Bread. Preferrably a recipe that is low calorie and heart-healthy. Please reply here if you can help! Thanks! :happy:

I use this and love it....
4-5 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce (I use the unsweetened kind)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (or liquid egg substitute)
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour (I've heard you can also use some whole wheat flour but I've never tried it)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2-1 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
@The last few times I've made this without the nuts or chocolate chips and it was still yummy!!
Preheat oven to 350. Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with mixer. Stir in sugar and let stand for 15 minutes. Add applesauce and eggs, mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into loaf pan coated with non-stick spray. (I usually make this in 4 small loaves so I can share!) Bake 30-45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.

A friend of mine posted this last week:
A couple people wanted my recipe for my low cal, low fat banana bread. Seriously does NOT taste any different! Here it is: 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of margarine (I use light) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (Mix all that with your mixer) then add 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 cup of splenda. Spray your loaf pan! Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. I cut mine down the middle and then made 5 rows for a total of ten pieces per pan. Total for each piece (which are large!) 159 Calories 3 grams of fat, .8 saturated fat, 2 grams of protein, and 32 carbs.

I just baked banana bread but there was nothing healthy about it. It was delicious though and I don't even care for banana's.0

Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 slice)
Ingredients
Bread:
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6 3/4 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Cooking spray
Glaze:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon 1% low-fat milk
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. To prepare bread, combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed. Add granulated and brown sugars; beat until blended.
3. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (through allspice) in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to banana mixture; beat just until blended. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Remove bread from pan; cool.
4. To prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, milk, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle glaze over bread.

Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 bar)
Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum or apple juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine the raisins and rum in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high for 1 minute, and set aside. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients (flour through salt) in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Set aside.
Combine brown sugar and butter in a large bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add banana and next 3 ingredients (banana through egg whites), beating well. Add the flour mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in raisin mixture and walnuts.
Spread the batter into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden.
Cool the bars completely on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Just this morning I made the Hungry Girl Top Banana Bread! It was my first time trying it and yummy!!! Especially for 140 for a good size piece...

Tried the first recipe listed and loved it!!!! I didn't have any nuts or mini chocolate chips, so I omitted them. Brought some leftovers to work with me one night and my coworkers were raving over it!!0
