Looking for some affective ideas to build more booty... lol
I am working on losing weight with lots of cardio so far and I do squats too but need more ideas on building that area...
I prefer no equiptment ideas.....

Strong Curves is a Brett Contreras program that is great for focusing on the glutes. I think it has at home options (I'd presume with limited or no equipment)
That said, it's unlikely you'll have much success growing anything in a deficit, especially if you're sticking to no equipment options.10 -
check out fitness blender workout videos on youtube. they have a lot of butt/thigh workouts that can be done at home. I love them.1

Another vote for strong curves. I've only done the weighted programs so I can't speak for the bodyweight but I've made noticeable gains.3

Okay booty gains huh? No equiptment no problem. Run Lunge Squat (Get in squat position, now Lunge back on one leg then squat then Lunge back on opposite leg) that's one rep so do that for 10 reps. Squat jumps for 5 reps. Get down face up. Glute bridges/Hip Raises 15 reps. Repeat 3x for 3 days a week for 2 weeks. Make sure to stretch the glutes too! Let me know about those booty gains!3
