Im looking to gain 30 to 40 lbs. I go to the gym and lift 5 to 6 days a week. I am starting to take protein shakes with eggs in it. But i still dont think im getting enough calories and protein. Its hard for me to eat a lot of food sometime. What should i do

You could also add peanut butter to your shakes for extra calories. Do you like ice cream?0

Honestly, if you can't bring yourself to "clean bulk", you can just do a protein shake in the morning with breakfast, before your workout, and then one before bed. I don't know what protein powder you're using, but you should easily be able to get an extra 120g of protein a day just from the 3 shakes. It should be pretty easy to meet your nutrition goals with your normal diet after that.0

Check it iifym.com to get a ballpark on how much you should be eating calories wise. Also putting on 40-50 pounds go good lean mass can take years. Unless you're on the juice. If you're in the juice have at just make sure your doctor is keeping up with your blood work.1
