Hello everyone. . .
I have a question. . .
As per the app i need to consume 1500 cal per day.
But on some occasions i consume 1500 calories in a go. . . Like in party or fast food etc. . .
So my question is that as i have reached my calorie goals for the day then should i starve myself for rest of the day or should have some light food or fruit. . .
Plz help me out.

You choose how to "spend" your calories. You also choose whether you stick to your calorie goal or not.

Being a man, and depending on your stats, you can probably handle losing weight on a higher calorie budget. You may not need to stick to 1500. If you're exceptionally short and close to lean and do need 1500 calories to lose, you could gain extra calories by doing some cardio.
Generally, parties and such are best planned for. If you know you have a party a week from now eat a little bit less every day to save calories for the party day. Alternatively, if such events are not frequent you could just eat up to maintenance that day without too much of an effect on your weight loss.2 -
The choice is yours.
You can starve for the rest of the day
Eat another 500 calories (assuming you have a pound a week loss) and eat at maintenance
Go and have a workout to burn some calories and eat those back
Eat normally for the rest of the day and have a 100 calorie deficit for a few days or so
Eat normally and decide that it is one of those days, realising that your weight loss goal will only be set back for a day or two
For me personally I plan ahead when I know a big day is coming (like tomorrow for Fathers Day in Australia) and save calories up in the lead up with either eating less or exercising more. If it isn’t planned then I just shrug and move on. I won't eat less over coming days because I see that as being punished which can lead to an unhealthy relationship with food.

If I eat something larger than usual I have something lighter in the evening but only if I actually get hungry. You aren't "starving" yourself if you have eaten a full day's calories in one go, though. Some people only eat one big meal a day. Just work out what works best for you and do that.1

Usually if I eat that much at once (done it a few times, especially when eating out and I didn't pick the place) I find that I am generally not hungry the rest of the day anyway. If I am I will still eat, maybe on the lighter end, and make up cals over the course of a few days, maybe go for an extra walk. I usually look at my weekly numbers as opposed to daily (and I only weigh once a week, at most) so a "bad" day can pretty painlessly be made up for.0

Pre-planning out your days is a great way to help with this. If you know that you have a meal out or an event coming up, then you can enter that first and then plan the rest of the day around it.0
