Hi all my name is Sue . i am new in using this fab calorie counter and trying hard to lose a heap of weight that i have put back on over the last yr for various reason i guess . but looking for any tips and helpfulness . in general looking forward to helping each other on the journey

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
