Cous cous is only 100 cals for 100g dry. Can make it sweet with milk saffron and cardomon for an extra 20 cals, or savoury with roast veg/meat. Yum1

YES! I love sweet potatoes especially. Other pleasant surprises for me: plain Greek yogurt (love to mix it with about 1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder!), string cheese, eggs, any type of veggies, ooh and hummus!3 -
Hard candies
Puffed cereals
Spaghetti Squash1 -

USDA database lists dry couscous (NDB No 20028) as having 376 kcal per 100 g.
The MFP food database is notoriously full of inaccurate entries. It's safest to look for those that have "USDA" in the description. I sometimes double check those as well if they look suspicious to me ...
Good luck with accurate logging and working towards your goal!4 -
Roasted chickpeas.
Only 88 calories for a 65g bag and that packs a lot of chickpeas. Very filling too.3 -
I can't think of anything big right now, but popcorn. I opt for Pop Weaver's light butter popcorn, which is about 220 calories a bag, and their normal butter version is only 50 calories more a bag. The bags aren't super tiny either, so it makes a filling indulgence.0

black and white, Dutch licorice powder! It makes sense that one tub only has about 100kcal, considering there's just 30 grams in it. But man, it looks so much, and gives a lovely taste for a long time. Certainly not a candy I eat quickly.0

I would double check on that as it looks closer to caned chickpeas than roasted that I've seen as high as 4+ Cal per gram depending on preparation.
The one time I roasted my own I thought that they were excellent but a little bit too HIGH in calories.... de-canned, washed, dried, weighed, oven, re-weighed, appreciable shrinkage. Yummy though.1 -
Snickers ice cream bars for 250 calories are much bigger and way more satisfying than a Snickers chocolate bar at 230 calories or so.
Cadbury egg is around 150 calories, and I find it more indulgent & tasty than any 250+ chocolate bar/treat.
Big bag of cotton candy is horrible for you and basically just sugar, but due to all of the air, what I assumed would be 10 servings at 110 cal/each, is 3.5 servings. So I *could* eat the entire bag that is larger than my head for about 400 calories.
I swear I eat "real" food too, lol. These were just happy surprises when it comes to treats.6 -

I have checked. It is on the bag. Been eating them for years, but I am not here to lose weight so I am not too bothered if they are a bit off. I don't believe they are however. They are a company called Garbanzo, sold in the Uk.1 -
Freeze dried peaches and strawberries +/- 40cal per serving, satisfying for a low cal sweet treat0
