I have once again sabotaged myself......well, in a way I guess, I say that because I have a gym in my home which I was using religiously a little over a year ago....went from weighing 190 lbs to 121 lbs....took me over a year to do it.....and then out of no where I began to have severe chronic pain issues....everything hurt...muscles, joints, skin....everything....appt after appt with doctor with no relief in sight I began to feel depressed....I could not work out....I wasn't living....I was merely existing...just barely getting through my day...until I saw a pain specialist and my pain levels are slowly reducing to tolerable now and I want to get back in my gym so bad I can taste it......I have gone from being 121 back up to 150 and while I know that's not a lot......it is to me simply because I worked so hard to get the weight off and then vowed to keep it off.....with that said, I find myself having a terrible time finding the strength and energy to get back to it.....anyone have a similar experience that can share how they got back on the horse.....my eating habits too I should mention were stellar until I started going off track so now I'm battling getting that back into shape as well

I'm right there with you, but your pain is much more chronic. I just have this every day, everything hurts thing going on, and it gets harder and harder to go work out. So much of it is related to eating, I am sure, and I am trying to keep a better journal of what I am eating so I can see how it effects me the next day.

A year ago, I was 15 pounds lighter.

Keep posting. I'd like to compare notes with you on your journey back!
