My new favorite breakfast

Ever since that post about sweet potatoes reminded me of how I hadnt had one in a long time. I micro baked 2 of them. Now I have half a sweet baked potato (8oz) with a teaspoon of margarine two teaspoons of brown sugar and some pumpkin pie spice and mash it all up with the skin and top it with some cool whip 333 calories and I like it A LOT better then oatmeal! Yummy
