Feeling like I've gained weight!

I am 5ft 2 weigh 8st 6lbs
I work out 6 days a week, mixture of weights and cardio and my clothes don't feel looser. I eat healthy pretty much all the time! I wore a dress and it felt tighter round the back and waist than last year! I do now have abs where as last year I didn't bit would that make a difference? And my legs don't get thinner they get thicker!! Urgh help or advice would be amazing!!

What are you trying to do?
Advice for what?0 -
My advice would be step on the scales if you want to know if you have got heavier.
Track measurements if you want to know if your measurements have changed.
Take regular progress photographs if you want to know if your appearance has changed.
Not really seeing the problem apart from perhaps having to buy some new clothes to fit you better?

When I've gotten bigger muscles from a lot of bike riding, my pants got tighter without gaining any weight.0
