I like to cook, too. My diary's open if you want to see whazzup. Just ask if you are wondering about what you see there. Just took the loaded cornbread out of the oven. I started with the recipe at https://easyhealthllc.com/diabetes/small-batch-cornbread/ and added roasted red pepper, oven-dried tomatoes and smoked cheddar. It will be beside shredded chicken in barbecue sauce and a pile of steamed summer squash.0
