I came back I went Rogue for the summer it wasn't intentional but it worked out that way I had lost almost 50 pounds and almost gained it all back with in the summer I stayed up with my exercise which is good but still so I'm looking for a low support maybe some friends to talk to if you want add me as a friend thank you

I lost 10kgs last year doing the 5:2, but put half back on when I gave up around Xmas. Finally getting myself back on track this week as it's the first day of Spring tomorrow and will be time to bring out the shorts soon (that I won't be able to get over my hips0
