New Favorite Recipe/Dessert!

My friend and I decided to make dinner and dessert last night, and try to be healthy. I was in LOVE! We made turkey bacon, tomato, avocado lettuce wraps, and found the Smart Ones sundaes. We were in Heaven!
Before adding avocados, the wraps were about 160 cals for 2 and also low fat. The sundaes were the perfect size, and the perfect craving for a brownie and ice cream. (We got the brownie flavor).
The recipe is from www.skinnytaste.com and if you want a guilt free, bacon filled dinner, definitely search it! And if you want a treat to satisfy your sweet tooth for under 180 cals, try the sundaes!

I've had several of those Smart Ones desserts and they are wonderful. My favorite is the cookie dough sundae. Also really like the key lime pie. A diet without dessert is no diet for me
One of my other favorite things to do (especially this time of year) is to slice up some fresh strawberries and warm one of those sugar free 60 cal Jello pudding cups, dump it on top and top with a little cool whip, very satiating and very low in the bad stuff. One of the few things I like about trying to eat healthier is finding fun treats that aren't so bad for you.

Hmmm, I haven't seen the Key Lime! My order is Cookie Dough, Brownie, PB Cup, Turtle. And that's a good idea! I also want to try making dark chocolate banana pudding.

I absolutely love making low-cal dessert in ice cream form!
Buy some of those popsicle molds and mix up some non-dairy (or dairy) milk with some greek yogurt, sweeten with honey or agave, mix well. Add in whatever you like: chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, peanut butter (works well when you melt the PB with the sweetener: honey or agave, before adding it into the milk-yogurt mixture), ect. Sometimes, adding extracts works well too like peppermint, caramel, or almond!
Roughly accounts to 230 cals per batch (1 cup yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 tablespoons agave syrup), and it could easily make 3 large size popsicles. I use a mold that looks similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/Tovolo-80-8003Y-Yellow-Groovy-Molds/dp/B000G32H3Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312157043&sr=8-10
