    Welcome! Ive been tracking my food and fitness for a week now and managed to drop 5lbs. Adding friends has really helped me to stay motivated(especially when I don't feel like excersising and then see someone post a workout) so I would recommend that. Feel free to add me if you like or I can add you. You can do it!
