NSV! My waist to hip ratio has now dropped to 0.79--meaning I have now dropped from "moderate risk" to "low risk" for type 2 diabetes (this gallops in my family--so awesome news!). HAZZAH! I was an Avocado and now I am a Pear (waist-to-hip otherwise almost hourglass measurements...pro'lly why the retro 40s and 50s clothes seem to fit the best). Anyhow--yay W-T-H!

you'll need a tailor's measuring tape or some string and a ruler/yard stick/construction-type measuring tape to do this.0 -
Penny39, noticed your ticker's messed up. Looks like you might accidentally be using the "HTML" for posting on websites not the BBCode option they give. If you go into "tools", then "ticker", then "get code for ticker" there should be the "BBcode:
(For forum signatures on most message boards)" copy and paste that one to the signature line and that one should show up. Just trying to help. Best wishes everyone!0 -
Interesting....

Thanks for that link! my old measurements were .76 which is awesome and in two weeks I will measure again, since I have lost more in my waist than hips I suspect that I will be pearier than ever- thanks for the great tool link and the boost for today!0
